software tools who purchase PropertyThree software products
and comply with all program rules will be entitled to a cash rebate
amount as indicated in the chart below. To qualify, the order for
the PropertyThree product(s) must be received on or before
February 28, 2004. See below the chart for details on claiming your
rebate.

TIP-307 (will open in a new window), provide us with the requested
information, and mail it to us at the address listed on the form.
Please include one of the following with your request:
1. The original software diskette or CD-ROM from any competitive
property management (or similar) software
or 2. The actual Users's Manual for the competitive software
or 3. A copy of the sales receipt indicating the name of the product,
the purchase price, and the purchase date
